Bad-mouthing representatives from the other party?
Grandstanding in front of TV cameras? Karen doesn’t have time to play these
political games. She’s too busy getting the job done for Woodbury.
Karen is respected and liked by her peers at the Capitol
because she treats them like adults — the same way the rest of us must treat
our colleagues at work to succeed. |
You won’t see
Representative Karen Klinzing on the 10 o’clock news attacking people with
whom she disagrees or taking part in the latest political mischief at the
Capitol.
That’s because Karen is not a typical politician.
In fact, some people do not consider Karen a politician at all.
Growing up with three sisters, Karen quickly learned that
it took cooperation and compromise to get things accomplished. She couldn’t
say bad things about her sisters one day and expect them to help her out the
next day.
It’s these lessons Karen learned early on that have
helped her get so much done for Woodbury in her first four years as our
State Representative

"I’m a Democrat and Representative Klinzing is a Republican, but she
has earned my vote.
I went to Karen for help after having no luck
getting a bill in support of my organization heard by a committee in
the Minnesota House of Representatives. Karen not only got the bill a
committee hearing, she got it passed into law. The respect Karen has
earned from her peers and the knowledge she has of how to get things
done in St. Paul are tremendous assets to the people of Woodbury.
I’m proud to say that Karen Klinzing is my State Representative."
