 Every
Monday through Friday, thousands of Woodbury residents commute
over 20 miles (one-way) to work. That’s why Representative
Klinzing has made finding solutions to traffic congestion a top
priority. Karen secured the funding needed to expand Interstate
94 to three lanes both ways near 3M Company headquarters. She
authored a law studying the possibility of an I-94 express
busway from Stillwater to St. Paul, and she authored legislation
to improve the interchange at I-94 and Radio Drive.
